Lucerne Grand Virtual Tour
360° View Of Lucerne Grand Showflat Units
Seven tours are on this page: the showflat gallery; the three show units, the 2 Bedroom + Study, the 3 Bedroom Premium + Study and the 4 Bedroom Premium + Entertainment; and three aerial drone views of the site, each at a fixed level, the 6th, the 12th and the 17th floor. Each tour opens in a new tab.
A 360° tour is most useful when you know what to look at. The show units carry the kitchen and bathroom provision the development is built to: Bosch cooker hood, hob and built-in oven, a Samsung fridge freezer and a Samsung washer cum dryer, Geberit basin and wall hung water closet, Hansgrohe basin and shower mixers, a Franke sink and sink mixer, and a quartz kitchen countertop over honed 600x1200mm floor tile in the living area. The DP1E show unit has a 2.90m living room ceiling, a height only DP1S shares; every other layout is 2.79m. The full room by room schedule sits on the project info page.
Click around inside each tour to explore the space. For the dimensions behind each layout, see the Lucerne Grand floor plans. To walk the same three units in person rather than on a screen, book a showflat appointment.
Showflat Gallery and Show Units
Aerial Views
Three of the sixteen layouts at Lucerne Grand are built as show units, and each one stands for a band rather than for the whole development.
2 Bedroom + Study, Type B2S, 667 sqft. This band holds two layouts, B2S at 667 sqft and B3S at 710 sqft, and B2S is the smaller of the two. It runs on stacks 23, 28, 31 and 36, in Blocks 34, 36 and 38. Like every 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom layout here it has two bathrooms and no household shelter, no yard and no separate water closet, which is the line that separates this band from the Premium bands above it. Its ceiling fan is in the living room, as in every layout; the second fan in bedroom 2 belongs to B3S and is not part of this layout.
3 Bedroom Premium + Study, Type CP2S, 1,001 sqft. This band holds four layouts, CP1S at 947 sqft and CP2S, CP3S and CP4S at 1,001 sqft each, so the show unit is one of the three larger plans rather than the entry point to the band. It runs on stacks 05, 14, 17 and 26, one in each of Blocks 30, 32, 34 and 36, and it is the only layout in the band whose study is an open flexible space rather than a room that can be closed off. Everything in this band gains the household shelter, the yard and the separate water closet that the 2 and 3 Bedroom layouts do not have, and the water closet is fitted with an Inspirione pedestal water closet and wall hung basin with tap and a Monic shower set. Two of its four stacks, 17 and 26, face north toward Boon Lay and receive the acoustic ceiling at the balcony. It has one ceiling fan, in the living room, where CP1S adds a second in bedroom 2.
4 Bedroom Premium + Entertainment, Type DP1E, 1,432 sqft. This is the only layout in its band and the largest in the development. It runs on stacks 13 and 18, in Blocks 32 and 34. It carries a 2.90m living room ceiling, which only DP1S shares, a 90cm Samsung fridge freezer where the 3 Bedroom band takes a 70cm one, and a share value of 19 against the 16 that every 2 and 3 Bedroom type carries.
One specification step is easier to see than to read. The 2 Bedroom band takes a Bosch 2 zone induction hob and a 60cm hood. The 3 and 4 Bedroom bands take a Bosch 3 burner gas hob and a 90cm hood instead. It is a replacement rather than an upgrade in kind, and in a 360° view of the B2S kitchen against the CP2S kitchen it is the first thing that separates them.
Thirteen layouts have no show unit. Four of the seven unit types are not built at the showflat at all: the 2 Bedroom, the 3 Bedroom, the 4 Bedroom Premium and the 4 Bedroom Premium + Study. Within the three bands that are built, B3S, CP1S, CP3S and CP4S have no tour either. Every one of the sixteen layouts is drawn on the floor plan page, and the Lucerne Grand Buyer’s Guide records the published facing of all 36 stacks in one table, so a layout without a tour can still be matched to a stack and an aspect.
See the Show Units in Person
A screen flattens the three things the show units are built to demonstrate: the scale of a room, the feel of the materials, and the ceiling. The 2.90m living room ceiling in the DP1E show unit reads as a number on this page and as a proportion when you are standing under it, and the difference between a quartz countertop and a printed image of one is decided in about a second in person. Walking the B2S and the CP2S one after the other also settles how much the household shelter, the yard and the separate water closet actually take out of, and add to, a floor plan.
What a visit here cannot settle is which stack to buy on. The three aerial views are drone views at fixed levels, the 6th, the 12th and the 17th floor, not views from any home, so they cannot settle the outlook from a particular stack on a particular level. The showflat is also not at the project site, so it shows the units and not the light, the level or the outlook from any particular home. Those are answered from the stacking chart, the site plan on the project info page and the 36 stack facing table in the Buyer’s Guide, working with our sales team. Bring a unit number, or a shortlist of two or three, and the visit can be spent on the choice between them rather than on the layouts in general. The showflat is the Lucerne Grand Sales Gallery, beside the development site, directly outside Lakeside MRT Station, open daily, 10am to 7pm, by appointment.
