Lucerne Grand sits next to Lakeside MRT Station on the East West Line, one stop from Boon Lay Interchange, two stops from Jurong East Interchange and five stops from Buona Vista Interchange. The surrounding precinct is the Jurong Lake District, with Jurong Lake Gardens, a 90 hectare national garden, as its anchor open space. A new Science Centre is targeted to open around end 2027 beside Chinese Garden MRT Station, one stop away, and a Jurong Lake District station on the Cross Island Line is expected in 2032.

Lucerne Grand Facilities

Twenty six facilities are arranged into five zones across four levels. The MRT viaduct passes above the Level 1 zone.

Welcome (Basement 1) is the arrival level. It holds the Arrival Lobby reached from the basement carparks, residential bicycle parking and a guardhouse.

Wellness Valley (Level 1) is the quiet green zone, with Outdoor Fitness, the Wellness Garden and the Pets Garden.

Club Lucerne (Level 2) is the indoor recreation zone, holding the Gymnasium, Lucerne Clubhouse I and changing rooms with a steam room.

Aqua Valley (Level 2) is the water zone and the largest single group at this level: the Lap Pool (an estimated 380 sqm), Spa Cove, Pool Deck, Pool Lounge, Aqua Cabana, Aqua Oasis, Aqua Lounge and the Grand Lawn.

Social Valley (Level 3) is the family and gathering zone, and the largest of the five with eleven entries: the Multi-Purpose Court (a badminton court or basketball half court), Gourmet Pavilion I and Gourmet Pavilion II, the Kids Splash Pool (an estimated 64 sqm) and Kids Pool Deck with their changing room, Lucerne Clubhouse II, the Garden Lounge, the Social Lounge, the Co-Working Lounge and the Swing Garden.

Those twenty six sit within the condominium’s own strata and serve residents. Lucerne Galleria at Level 1 is the commercial component: its Community Plaza, shops, supermarket, restaurants and commercial bicycle parking are open to the public and are counted separately from the residential facilities.

Functional, Luxurious, and Spacious Living at Lucerne Grand

Functional living at Lucerne Grand, showing a kitchen and dining layout
Functional Living

Kitchens are fitted in three bands by bedroom count.

Two Bedroom homes (B1, B2S, B3S) take a Bosch 60cm telescopic cooker hood, a Bosch 2 zone induction hob, a Bosch built-in oven, a Samsung 60cm fridge freezer and a Samsung 8kg/6kg washer cum dryer.

Three Bedroom homes (C1, C2, C3, C3a, CP1S, CP2S, CP3S, CP4S) take a Bosch 90cm telescopic cooker hood, a Bosch 3 burner gas hob, a Bosch built-in oven, a Samsung 70cm fridge freezer and a Samsung 11kg/7kg washer cum dryer.

Four Bedroom homes (DP1, DP2, DP2a, DP1S, DP1E) take the same hood, hob, oven and washer cum dryer as the Three Bedroom band, with a larger Samsung 90cm fridge freezer.

The hob is the single step between the bands: the Two Bedroom band takes the induction hob, and the Three and Four Bedroom bands take the gas hob in place of it rather than in addition to it. Hot water splits on the same line: an electric water heater in the Two Bedroom band, and a gas water heater on town gas in the Three and Four Bedroom bands.

Sanitary fittings are common to every layout: a Geberit undercounter basin and wall hung water closet, a Hansgrohe basin mixer, shower mixer set, robe hook and toilet paper holder, and a Franke kitchen sink and sink mixer. The 3 Bedroom Premium + Study and 4 Bedroom types carry a separate water closet in addition, fitted with an Inspirione pedestal water closet and wall hung basin with tap, and a Monic shower set. The master bath’s shower set adds an overhead rain shower that the common bath does not have.

Living areas are laid in honed 600x1200mm floor tile, with 600x600mm tile to the wet kitchen, yard and household shelter, a matt 750x1500mm kitchen backsplash and a quartz kitchen countertop. Balconies take a 150x900mm floor tile. Bathrooms take an R10 600x600mm tile to the dry area and 300x600mm to the wet area, with 300x600mm wall tile to the separate water closet and a solid surface vanity countertop. Bedrooms are laid in 177x1212mm vinyl, and the master bedroom carries a matt 600x1200mm feature wall.

Living, dining and study ceilings are 2.90m in DP1S and DP1E and 2.79m in every other layout, and bedrooms are 2.79m throughout. Every home has a ceiling fan in the living room, and B3S, C2 and CP1S add a second in bedroom 2. Master bedrooms take a built in wardrobe with sliding doors, internal drawers and a side dresser with mirror, and the other bedrooms take built in wardrobes with sliding doors and internal drawers. The distribution board and storage cabinet carries a removable panel so a robot cleaner can dock inside it.

Smart and Sustainable Living at Lucerne Grand

Lucerne Grand holds a BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy rating, certificate GM6537/3/2026, certified in 2026 with an energy rating of SLE60. Seven green features are recorded against it.

Low volatile organic compound finishes are specified throughout, in every home and in the common areas, rather than in selected types only. Bedroom windows take 10mm tinted laminated glass, and the kitchen, bathroom, yard and WC windows take tinted or clear glass. Noise barriers are fitted to the adjacent train line. Homes in the eight northern facing stacks, 16, 17, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28 and 29, take an acoustic ceiling at the balcony and restrictors on the windows and the balcony sliding door, and homes in stacks 01, 02, 30, 31, 32, 35 and 36 take window restrictors.

Every home is fitted with a smart home system: a gateway, an IP camera, a digital lockset, a lighting module, and smart control for the air conditioners in the living room and the master bedroom. Visitors can be registered in advance for entry by QR code, and the audio video intercom connects to residents’ own phones and tablets. Each residential lift lobby carries a pneumatic chute for waste and recyclables.

The homes are built using prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction (PPVC), and the structural walls within each home cannot be hacked.

Lucerne Grand Unit Distribution Chart

The homes run across 36 stacks. Block 30 carries stacks 01 to 07, Block 32 carries stacks 08 to 15, Block 34 carries stacks 16 to 23, Block 36 carries stacks 24 to 30 and Block 38 carries stacks 31 to 36. Level 1 is given over to Lucerne Galleria and the arrival areas, so the homes begin at Level 2 and run to Level 17, and every home on Level 2 carries private enclosed space.

Four irregularities shape how the chart reads. Stacks 09, 10, 11 and 20 have no Level 2 home, so those columns begin at Level 3. Stack 32 begins higher still, at Level 4. Stack 02 changes layout partway up, running DP2a on Levels 2 and 3 and DP2 from Level 4 upward, so one column holds two layouts. Every stack runs to Level 17, so none of the columns stops short at the top.

The floor plan layouts set out each unit type in full.
